This Week at WSBC – June 1, 2020

In compliance with the Governor’s reopening requirements, we do plan to have a Lord’s Day service on June 7, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., with social distancing and related requirements in place. Pastor Ben is planning a message from John 17, tentatively entitled, “Our Lord’s High Priestly Prayer.”

This week we are planning to hold our Wednesday evening service in person, at 7:00 pm, without our usual fellowship meal. Recordings will continue to be posted at https://www.graceforsuffolk.org/searching-our-hearts-in-difficult-times.

The Sunday morning Discipleship and Sunday evening services remain suspended for the time being.

This Week at WSBC – May 25, 2020

In compliance with the Governor’s Phase 1 reopening, we plan to have a Lord’s Day service on May 31, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., with social distancing and related requirements in place. Pastor Ben is planning a message from John 16:16-33, tentatively entitled, “Let Not Your Hearts Be Confused or Fearful.”

For the present time, Wednesday evening services will continue to be online only, with recordings posted at https://www.graceforsuffolk.org/searching-our-hearts-in-difficult-times/.

The Sunday morning Discipleship and Sunday evening services remain suspended for the time being.

This Week at WSBC – May 18, 2020

In compliance with the Governor’s Phase 1 reopening, we plan to have a Lord’s Day service on May 24, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., with social distancing and related requirements in place.

For the present time, Wednesday evening services will continue to be online only, with recordings posted at https://www.graceforsuffolk.org/searching-our-hearts-in-difficult-times/.

The Sunday morning Discipleship and Sunday evening services remain suspended for the time being.

This Week at WSBC – May 11, 2020

In response to the Governor’s relaxing of restrictions, we hope to be able to have a morning worship service on Sunday, May 17, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. For those unable to attend, the recorded service will be made available as early as possible after the service. We expect the audio recording to be available by 3:00 p.m. on our Sermons page, with the video available later in the afternoon or evening.

There will need to be social distancing restrictions at the service. An email will be sent to the church family detailing our plans.

Unless there are further changes, we plan to have a only a Sunday morning worship service this week. The Wednesday evening service (May 13) will be recorded and available by 3:00 p.m. on May 13 on our Searching Our Hearts in Difficult Times page.

We hope to be able to resume our Wednesday evening, Sunday morning Discipleship, and Sunday evening services soon.
